When you do business with Planet Powersports you can return any non-discontinued, unused item that Is a normal stocking Item listed In our catalog...anytime within 30 days. Items must be returned in the original packaging, in unused condition in order to receive a refund. Call our customer service for a return authorization number. Each shipment will include a return worksheet that must be included with all items returned or we will not issue a credit.

FOR ORDERS OVER $100: Shipping for all standard, non-oversize or non-overweight items listed in our print catalog or the “In stock” section on the web, is FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $100. These orders are shipped via UPS Ground service. This is a residential delivery service, with deliveries Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 8:00pm. You may choose expedited shipping for any order. Please call for pricing. Saturday delivery is only available for Next Day Air shipments. (Additional charges apply, call for details) Above terms apply. Any Hazardous materials must be shipped via ground shipping. Unfortunately, no exceptions may be made. Customers may request that non-hazardous merchandise be shipped separately from hazardous materials for an additional fee. FOR ORDERS UNDER $100: Orders under $100 including any items special ordered or not shown in our print catalog, will be charged at the current UPS ground rate for both size and weight. OVERSIZED ITEMS: Orders with oversized and/or overweight items will ship at current actual cost as listed by UPS. All oversized items are marked with an oversize symbol in our catalog All serial numbered units (atvs, sleds,etc) and vehicle tires, wheels and other large items are considered oversize. OTHER: Hazardous materials, such as motor oil, aerosol cans, or chemicals, must ship via UPS Ground service, regardless of destination. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made. Orders containing oversized products, such as ramps, ATV tires, or ATV plastic kits, ship via UPS Ground service. If you are interested in expedited shipping, please ask a customer service representative for information. For orders including back-ordered items, Planet Powersports will hold the order until all items are in stock. Once all items are in stock, Planet Powersports will ship the complete order. Customers may request that in-stock items be shipped as soon as possible, with back-ordered items shipped when available. For orders split into separate shipments, the back-ordered items will ship by UPS Ground once they are in stock and freight charges will be paid by the customer. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All shipments, including shipments to military bases, require a physical address for delivery. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
